Roxy Clinic is the public brand of Metro Area Modern Reproductive Care LLC, a telehealth provider. These terms apply when you use our website or our services.

What we do

We provide telehealth consultations for reproductive healthcare. A licensed provider reviews the information you give us and decides whether our care is right for you. Submitting a consultation doesn't guarantee you'll receive care - that decision always belongs to a licensed provider.

We are not an emergency service

If you're having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Don't use our site or portal for anything urgent.

Payments

We use a sliding scale of $0 to $145 - you pay what you can afford, with no income verification. We don't bill health insurance or Medicaid. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors.

Refunds

Two simple rules: (1) every refund has a 3–5% payment-processing fee deducted, and (2) once a licensed provider has approved your case, no refund is possible. The details live in our Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

When you use our services you agree to: give us true and complete information about your health and identity, use your own account and your own payment links, and keep your patient-portal access secure. Safe care depends on honest information.

Educational information

The articles and guides on our site are educational. They're not a substitute for advice from a licensed provider who knows your situation.
