How the sliding scale works

• No income check: we don't ask for tax forms, pay stubs, or any paperwork.

• All 14 states: same scale for every patient we serve.

Who gets the reduced price?

Everyone. No application, no proof, no checks.

If the top of the scale is too much for you, pay less. If $0 still feels like too much, abortion funds can help. You know your situation better than we do — pay what fits.

How we compare to other telehealth providers

Most US telehealth providers charge $300 to $475 for the full package — consult, medicine, shipping. Flat fee. You pay the whole thing whether you can or not.

We don't do that. You pay between $0 and $145, and you pick the number. Same prescriptions, same FDA-approved medications, same private home delivery.

Abortion fund help

Abortion funds are independent nonprofits — separate from Roxy — that cover the cost of care for people who need financial help. In a lot of the 14 states we serve, local funds can cover your full consult and medications.

No one gets turned away

For most patients in most states, you don't need to do anything special — finish the intake and pick any amount from $0 to $145, including $0. If cost is still a barrier, tell us. In one state where we have a direct fund partnership (more coming), we connect you with an abortion fund that covers the cost on your behalf. In every state, our Resources page lists abortion funds you can reach yourself. We've never turned someone away because they couldn't pay.

How to start
