A lot of Maryland searches for the abortion pill come from inside the Beltway: Hyattsville, Chillum, Walker Mill, Hillcrest Heights. Those sit close enough to DC that saying there's a clinic nearby is technically true. Then you price it out. Two buses, most of a workday gone, somebody to watch the kids, and the same trip in reverse that evening.
